Readibus Board member audit meeting

As a member of the Readibus Board I attended a lengthy audit meeting last Wednesday to examine the various procedures, such as accounting, Health and Safety, customer care, Human Resources and bus timetabling. One other member of the Board met with the Chief Executive Peter Absolom to go through these processes. I found that Peter is totally committed to Readibus, in that he knows everything about the service and he cares so much about customer care, ensuring that every customer gets a top quality from Readibus. I was reassured that all processes in Readibus are regularly checked and monitored by Peter and his team and that nothing will get in the way in the continuous improvement of Readibus. It was a long night well spent.
